Our department is affiliated with international societies such as the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS), the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS) and the Asia-Pacific Association of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (APACRS).
At the ASCRS 2012 meeting, our instruction courses 1) Posterior Capsule Tears: Strategies to Success Surgical Outcomes and 2) Pearls and Pitfalls in Beginning Phacoemulsification were ranked by attendees as within the top 15 of 133 courses submitted.
