Our specialist clinics offers a comprehensive suite of eye care services and team-based care for better outcomes. Patients are referred to see our team of eye specialists at the clinics by polyclinics and general practitioners.
Consultations at our clinics are by appointment only. Before you visit our clinics, you will need to obtain a referral from your general practitioner, polyclinic doctor or ward doctor, as this will determine if you require follow-up by a specialist.
On your first visit to the clinic, please bring the following documents:
Outpatient Appointment Card (for existing patients)
Singapore NRIC, Birth certificate (if you are under 15) or Passport and Employment Pass/Work Permit/Dependent Pass
Civil Service Card/Public Service Card (for civil servants and their dependants only)
Any other medical benefits eligibility cards/documents
Referral letter from your polyclinic/private doctor
Sunglasses – some patients find this useful after they have had eye drops
