The COVID-19 pandemic in Singapore has presented a global health crisis that compels us as a public healthcare institution to band together and do our utmost to fight the virus as One SNEC-SERI.

In this unprecedented and challenging times, we want to assure you that we have taken all the necessary precautions, and will continue to maintain a high level of vigilance and social responsibility to keep our staff and patients safe.

We’re monitoring the situation closely
At SNEC and SERI, the health and wellbeing of staff, patients and visitors remain our utmost priority. To ensure everyone’s safety, we are monitoring the situation closely, and strictly adhering to the latest guidelines by the Ministry of Health and other agencies.
We’ve heightened our precautionary measures to ensure everyone’s safety
Singapore has moved into Phase 3 of re-opening on 28 December 2020. We have implemented the following measures to provide a safe environment for patients and visitors.

  • Use your TraceTogether app or token, or scan your identification card for SafeEntry check-in

  • One accompanying person for each patient

  • Register and declare your health and travel history as part of contact tracing

  • Wear your mask at all times and observe good personal hygiene

  • Keep a distance of at least 1 metre between persons at all times

  • Sit only at designated areas. Do not eat or drink at the clinic areas

  • Avoid talking to other patients

  • Wash or sanitise your hands after touching common surfaces such as grab poles and lift buttons

Practise these new habits as we move together, towards a new normal.
