The COVID-19 pandemic in Singapore has presented a global health crisis that compels us as a public healthcare institution to band together and do our utmost to fight the virus as One SNEC-SERI.
In this unprecedented and challenging times, we want to assure you that we have taken all the necessary precautions, and will continue to maintain a high level of vigilance and social responsibility to keep our staff and patients safe.
We’re monitoring the situation closelyAt SNEC and SERI, the health and wellbeing of staff, patients and visitors remain our utmost priority. To ensure everyone’s safety, we are monitoring the situation closely, and strictly adhering to the latest guidelines by the Ministry of Health and other agencies.
We’ve heightened our precautionary measures to ensure everyone’s safetySingapore has moved into Phase 3 of re-opening on 28 December 2020. We have implemented the following measures to provide a safe environment for patients and visitors.
Use your TraceTogether app or token, or scan your identification card for SafeEntry check-in
One accompanying person for each patient
Register and declare your health and travel history as part of contact tracing
Wear your mask at all times and observe good personal hygiene
Keep a distance of at least 1 metre between persons at all times
Sit only at designated areas. Do not eat or drink at the clinic areas
Avoid talking to other patients
Wash or sanitise your hands after touching common surfaces such as grab poles and lift buttons
Practise these new habits as we move together, towards a new normal.

To comply with safe distancing rules, patients will only be admitted 15 minutes before registration time.
Only one (1) accompanying person is allowed per patient.
Anyone entering the SNEC premises must complete a Declaration Form available at the entrance of SNEC or online at www.snec.com.sg/tdf. You are also required to scan your personal identification card, or use your TraceTogether app or token for SafeEntry check-in. Unwell patients and accompanying persons will not be allowed in.

VEHICLE PARKING NOTICE
For patients in wheelchairs or with special needs, please seek assistance at SNEC Staff Car Park.
Patients and visitors going to:
SNEC, Diabetes & Metabolism Centre (DMC), National Heart Centre Singapore (NHCS), National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) – please park your vehicles at NHCS Car Park
SGH Blocks 1 to 7 – please park at the SingHealth Tower Car Park (use the link bridge on Level 3 of SingHealth Tower to connect to Block 3 of SGH)
Public parking is available at NHCS and SingHealth Tower. Please use Jalan Bukit Merah and enter via Hospital Boulevard or Hospital Drive.
