Profile

Dr Teh is an Consultant at the Singapore National Eye Centre. She graduated from the Royal Free and University College Medical School in London with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree in 2007. She subsequently pursued specialist training at the Singapore National Eye Centre and was appointed chief Registrar in 2011. She completed her Master of Medicine in Ophthalmology in 2012 and qualified as a specialist in Ophthalmology in 2016, being conferred as Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore Ophthalmology the same year.

Dr Teh is passionate about teaching and is regularly involved in training allied health professionals, having conducted Graduate Diploma courses for ophthalmic nurses. She has also been lecturer and course instructor in multiple microsurgical courses for trainee ophthalmologists and holds an appointment as adjunct clinical faculty with Duke-NUS. Her research work has also been presented at both local and international scientific conferences.
She is actively involved in community work and is a committee member of the Philanthropy and Development committee at the Singapore National Eye Centre. 

Dr Teh has a strong interest in Oculoplastic and Orbital conditions and is presently undergoing further subspeciality training under the Advanced Clinical Specialist Program.
