Register at the Specialist Clinic

Patients with appointments are advised to arrive on time for registration.

You may register by:

• Self-Service kiosk
• Mobile Registration – HealthBuddy. Patients can register through the HealthBuddy app using their mobile devices at least 90 minutes before their SNEC appointment time.

Upon registration at the self-service kiosk, you will be issued a queue ticket and will be advised which rooms to go for your tests and consultation with an eye specialists. Please take a seat outside the consultation room while you wait for your queue number to be called. Consultation is by appointment and not on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please inform the counter staff of any change in your address, identification type and/or contact information, if any.
