SNEC VISIONEER PROGRAMME 视觉愿助

Imagine waking up not being able to see what the time is on the clock, the headlines in the daily newspaper, the food being served on our plate, the colour of our own clothes, or the way to the bathroom and out of the door — these are just some of the difficulties our patients experience day in and day out.

More than 400,000 patients walk into SNEC annually to have their eyes checked or treated for their eye conditions. Our team of experienced doctors, nurses and allied health professionals work tirelessly to ensure Singaporeans suffering from eye conditions receive quality eye care and treatment at SNEC. However, sometimes our patients may encounter difficulties navigating around the centre and we may also require help on a regular basis. That's where our volunteers step in to help!

Perhaps, you too, desire to lend a helping hand to people who are suffering from eye conditions. Whether you have specific skills that are directly applicable to SNEC, or you are motivated to make a difference to someone's life, SNEC's volunteer programme welcomes you.

The Visioneer programme is a volunteer programme initiated by SNEC. It offers an opportunity for you to volunteer your time and service at SNEC, its branches and affiliated clinics to help enhance the patient experience.
