Using Health Buddy App for Payment

To skip the counter queue, SNEC patients may pay their medical bills via Health Buddy app. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or eNETS Debit.

Important to note:

  • If you are paying for your own bills, proceed with your SingPass
  • If you are making payment for the tax invoice on behalf of someone else (e.g., a parent, child, relative), please proceed without using SingPass

You may download the Health Buddy app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

To pay outstanding bills online, patients may follow these steps below.

 

 


 

How to Make Payment without SingPass

Step 1

  • Open Health Buddy app and select Payments


Step 2

  • Select Proceed without SingPass option


Step 3

  • Select Add Other Bill(s)

 


Step 4

  • Select institution Singapore National Eye Centre


Step 5

  • Enter Tax Invoice Number and Captcha

IMPORTANT

If the suffix is an I, it is an alphabetical “I”, not numerical “1”

  

Step 6

  • If the tax invoice number is entered correctly, your bill information and amount will show up automatically. Check that all details are correct and then select Proceed to Payment. Enter payor information


Step 7

  • Enter credit card / debit card / eNETS Debit details and select Pay


 


  

How to Make Payment With SingPass

Step 1

  • Open Health Buddy app and select Payments


Step 2

  • Select Login via SingPass


Step 3

  • Enter SingPass details

 


Step 4

  • Select relevant bills

 


Step 5

  • Check and ensure that all details are correct and proceed to payment

 


Step 6

  • Enter payor information


Step 7

  • Enter credit card / debit card / eNETS Debit details and select Pay
