Patient & Visitor Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Notice for SNEC Patients, Accompanying Persons and Visitors entering Singapore via Air Travel Pass (ATP) or Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL)
 
All travellers* entering Singapore via ATP or VTL can only visit or seek medical appointment at SNEC if they have:

  1. obtained negative results from supervised self-administered ART at Quick Test Centre (QTC) or CTC (Combined Test Centre) on Day 7 after arrival
  2. a valid appointment

*Inclusive of Singaporeans, permanent residents and long term pass holders
 
Outpatient Consultation Appointments
Patients are advised to call 6227 7266 one workday before their appointment for advice.
 
Surgery Appointments
Patients are advised to call 6322 9478 (8.00am – 5.00pm) two workdays before their surgery date for advice.
 
Urgent Eye Care
For urgent consultation after office hours, Sundays and Public Holidays, please visit the nearest hospital’s Emergency Department.
 
Please note that SNEC’s existing Patient and Visitor Policy dated 29 November 2021 applies.

Patients who are visiting SNEC for appointment/treatment/surgery are allowed ONE accompanying person each. Unless they are patients, children below 12 years old are not allowed into the centre/clinics. For safe distancing, patients will only be admitted 15 minutes before registration time.

Outpatient Consultation Appointments
If you or accompanying person is serving MOH Health Risk Warning (HRW), Stay Home Notice (SHN) or Isolation Order (IO), please call 6227 7266 one workday before your appointment for advice.

Surgery Appointments
If you or accompanying person is serving MOH Health Risk Warning (HRW), Stay Home Notice (SHN) or Isolation Order (IO), please call 6322 9478 (8.00am - 5.00 pm) two workdays before your surgery date for advice.

Accompanying persons and visitors will not be allowed entry into SNEC/clinics if you:

  • are unwell (having flu-like symptoms)
  • have had close contact with a COVID-19 person
  • have received MOH’s HRW in the past 7 days; you will only be allowed entry if you are well and have photo proof of an ART negative result obtained within 24 hours prior to your SNEC visit

Anyone entering SNEC premises at the SGH Campus or SNEC Eye Clinic @ Bedok must complete the Declaration Form available at the entrance or online www.snec.com.sg/tdf (for visits to our SNEC Eye Clinic @ SKH, please complete the paper declaration at the clinic entrance). It is mandatory to check in to the SafeEntry system with the TraceTogether app or token. Under the Infectious Diseases Act, it is an offence to provide false information.

The above measures are necessary for the safety of our patients and staff.
