Bill Payment Options

Important Advisory

We have received feedback from patients who were contacted by unknown officers claiming that they have outstanding bills with SNEC. As these patients were found to have no outstanding bills, they could be scam calls.

We would like to take this opportunity to share that patients with outstanding bills will first receive reminder SMSes stating the invoice number and payable amount from SNEC. A follow-up call by an authorised personnel is made only if the bill is still outstanding after a period of time.

Telltale signs that the calls are scams:

  • it is from an overseas number with the “+” prefix
  • there’s usually a sense of urgency requesting for you to “act now” or “pay now”

We take a serious view of such claims and have filed a police report. If you have information relating to such crimes, please call the Police Hotline at 1800-255-0000, or submit it online at www.police.gov.sg/iwitness

We encourage you to be vigilant and not fall prey to such calls and scams.
