Patients with appointments are advised to arrive on time for registration.
Upon registration at the Self-Service kiosk, you will be issued a queue ticket and will be advised which rooms to go for your tests and consultation with an eye specialists. Please take a seat outside the consultation room while you wait for your queue number to be called. Consultation is by appointment and not on a first-come, first-served basis.
On your first visit, you will be given an Outpatient Appointment Card to record details of your appointments. Please bring this card with you each time you visit the clinic, as it will help speed up the registration process.
Please inform the counter staff of any change in your address, identification type and/or contact information, if any.
