1. Manage Your Appointments On-line

View, Change or Cancel Your Existing Appointment

Current patients of SNEC or other SingHealth institutions may change or cancel their existing appointments directly with our online system.

This service is for all SNEC Specialist Outpatients Clinics (SOC) appointments, except for:

Patient’s with multiple eye sub-specialty appointments / tests / treatments such as:

  • Botox

  • Dressing

  • Complex cases such as OOKP (Osteo-Odonto Keratoprosthesis)

  • Neuro-ophthalmology

  • Glaucoma

Terms and conditions for online appointments:

  • Strictly for non-emergency and non-urgent cases. For medical emergency, please proceed to SGH A&E or call 995

  • Subject to availability of slots

  • Booking valid only when you receive an acknowledgement that your appointment has been changed

  • You have sufficient supply of medicine till your next appointment date. If you do not, please send us an email at to request for top-up.

Request a new appointment by filling in our on-line form. We will contact you in one working day to confirm your appointment.
For urgent and emergency cases, please call 995 or go to an emergency room.

4. Introducing the Enhanced Appointment Scheduling System

Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC) has implemented Appointment System Optimiser (ASO) to enhance the scheduling of your follow-up appointments. The implementation of ASO aims to provide a better patient experience.

With the implementation of ASO, when will I be notified of my appointment details?

  • If your next appointment is in 2 months or less
    Your appointment details will be sent via SMS to your locally registered mobile number within 3 working days
  • If your next appointment(s) is more than 2 months later
    Your appointment details will be sent via SMS to your locally registered mobile number about 6 weeks before your next appointment.

For Patients with No Locally Registered Phone Number
Please approach our counter staff at the clinics.

Check All Your Health Appointments in One App
You may refer to your Health Buddy App once your follow-up appointment has been scheduled.

Eye Conditions Requiring Urgent Attention
For urgent eye care after SNEC operating hours, Sundays and public holidays, please visit the nearest hospital’s emergency department at Singapore General Hospital.
