The Surgical Retina Department at SNEC has a long history of offering complex retina surgery procedures and treatments in Singapore and is led by Associate Professor Gavin Tan. It treats eye conditions including retinal tears and detachments, advanced diabetic eye disease, myopic tractional maculopathy, vitreomacular interface disorders, complex ocular trauma and proliferative vitreoretinopathies.
