Visiting SNEC Clinics
The COVID-19 pandemic has presented a global health crisis that compels us as a public healthcare institution to band together and do our part as one SNEC-SERI. Just like fighting the pandemic, the transition to endemic COVID-19 will also need everyone to work together towards a safe reopening.
Let's stay vigilant and socially responsible as we weather these unprecedented times — these following measures are implemented for your health and wellbeing.
We’ve heightened our precautionary measures to ensure everyone’s safety
- Patients will only be admitted 15 minutes before registration time
- Use your TraceTogether app or token for SafeEntry check-in
- Only ONE accompanying person is allowed per patient. Those unwell will not be allowed in
-
Anyone entering SNEC premises at the SGH Campus or SNEC Eye Clinic @ Bedok must complete the Declaration Form available at the entrance or online at www.snec.com.sg/tdf (for visits to our SNEC Eye Clinic @ SKH, please complete the paper declaration at the clinic entrance).
- Wear your mask at all times and observe good personal hygiene
- Keep a distance of at least 1 metre between persons at all times
- Sit only at designated areas. Do not eat or drink at the clinic areas
- Avoid talking to other patients
- Wash or sanitise your hands after touching common surfaces such as grab poles and lift buttons
