COVID-19 PATIENT & VISITOR POLICY
If you are visiting SNEC for treatment/surgery, please take note of the enhanced safety measures at our centre/clinics.
SNEC patients, accompanying persons and visitors:
who have been admitted to or visited TTSH wards from 18 April 2021 will not be allowed entry into the clinics.
must complete the Declaration Form and use TraceTogether app or token for SafeEntry check-in. Those who are unwell will not be allowed in. Under the Infectious Diseases Act, it is an offence to provide false information.
must bring their own mask and ensure that the mask is worn at all times during the clinic visit.
must maintain safe distancing of at least 1 metre between persons at all times.
Patients are allowed
ONE (1) accompanying person each. Children below 12 years old (except patients) are not allowed into the centre/clinics.
For safe distancing, patients will only be admitted 15 minutes before registration time.
The above measures are necessary for the safety of our patients and staff.
