Before you order via Health Buddy or HealthHub app, please ensure:
You have an existing prescription registered with the Pharmacy
You have sufficient medication to last at least two weeks or until your scheduled delivery date
Your delivery location must be within mainland Singapore or Sentosa. We do not deliver to offshore islands or secured areas.
We deliver both temperature-controlled and room temperature medications
Please allow five working days for delivery

How to use our Medication Delivery Service?
1. Ordering Methods
A. Order via Health Buddy or HealthHub (our most efficient and recommended ordering method)
B. Order via FormSG
Please complete FormSG if you are unable to access or are not eligible to use Health Buddy or HealthHub.

2. Receive Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order via HealthHub, Health Buddy, or FormSG. Our Medication Delivery Team will contact you if there are any changes to your delivery date or medications.
3. Receive Your Medication
Your medications will be delivered to your address on the agreed delivery date. Please ensure that there is someone present to receive the delivery.
4. Pay Your Bill
When you receive your bill notification, please make payment through any of these methods:
Health Buddy Mobile Pay
DBS iBanking
AXS station, e-Station, or m-Station
Cheque (payable to Singapore National Eye Centre)

I missed the delivery of my medications. Will my medications be delivered again?If you missed the pre-scheduled delivery, you will be contacted for a re-delivery to be scheduled. A charge of S$8 (mainland Singapore) or S$15 (Sentosa) will apply for each re-delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been submitted, or change my delivery details, after confirmation?Any amendment or cancellation request will be subject to availability, depending on the stage of the medication delivery process. To make any changes, please call our Medication Delivery Team at 6322 9348 / 6322 8315 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, excluding Public Holidays).
Please note that an $8 fee applies for any modifications or cancellation made with 3 working days of your confirmed delivery date.
Can I use this medication delivery service to reorder medications from a previous prescription?Yes, you can request a prescription refill through Health Buddy and HealthHub app.
Can I pay my medication bill directly to the delivery person?Our delivery personnel are from an external courier company and are not authorised to accept payments.
Can I use Flexi-MediSave to pay for my medications?If you are 60 years or older, you may use Flexi-Medisave ($300 per year) to pay for your medications, subject to CPF Board’s approval. Please inform our Medication Delivery Team when placing your order if you wish to use Flexi-MediSave. Your final bill will be mailed to you within one month.
I have no more prescription balance. Can I still order medication through the Medication Delivery Service (MDS)?If your prescription has run out, follow these steps to get a new one:
After you submit your request, a doctor will review it within 3-5 working days.
Once approved, your new prescription will appear in the Health Buddy app, where you can place your order.
