How should Aqueous Nasal Spray be used?

Directions for Use: Pictures:
    1. Shake the container before removing the plastic cap. If the spray is being used for the first time or if it has not been used for 14 days or longer, you will need to prime it.
    2. To prime, hold the spray as shown in the diagram (right). Press down firmly and release the white collar. Repeat this step until a fine mist is obtained.
    3. Shake the spray well before each use. Close one nostril with your finger and tilt your head forward slightly.
    4. Point the end of the nozzle towards the outside wall of your nose, away from the centre ridge of your nose. This helps to direct the medicine to the correct part of your nose.
Press firmly downwards once to release the medication. Breathe in gently through the nostril then breathe out through the mouth. Repeat for the other nostril.
    5. After use, wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the plastic cap. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
