Visitor & Patient Advisory
As part of our heightened surveillance and to reduce the risk of infection at SNEC, all patients, accompanying persons and visitors are required to undergo temperature screening and complete a declaration form before entry to SNEC.
Unwell visitors and accompanying persons will not be allowed to enter our premises.
Only 1 person should accompany you for your appointment. Pregnant women and children (under 12 years old) are discouraged from accompanying patients for appointments.
Online Declaration
You can declare online at
https://www.snec.com.sg/tdf or scan this QR code.
Under the Infectious Disease Act, anyone making false declarations can be prosecuted.
SafeEntry at SNEC
From 12 May 2020, SNEC has implemented the SafeEntry system to facilitate contact tracing, should the need ever arise.
All visitors, patients and accompanying persons visiting SNEC are required to use your TraceTogether app or token, or scan your identification card for SafeEntry check-in. This will be done at the point of completing your online declaration form after temperature screening.
