Patient & Visitor Policy

[Updated 22 July 2021]

Patients who are visiting SNEC for appointment/treatment/surgery are allowed ONE accompanying person each. Unless they are patients, children below 12 years old are not allowed into the centre/clinics. For safe distancing, patients will only be admitted 15 minutes before registration time.

Accompanying persons and visitors will not be allowed entry into SNEC/clinics if you:

  • are unwell (having flu-like symptoms)
  • are currently serving Stay-Home Notice (SHN), Quarantine Order (QO) issued by the Ministry of Health (MOH) or a Person Under Phone Surveillance (PUPS) by MOH
  • have had close contact with a COVID-19 person
  • have received a Health Risk Warning or Health Risk Alert SMS from MOH in the past 14 days

Anyone entering SNEC premises at the SGH Campus or SNEC Eye Clinic @ Bedok must complete the Declaration Form available at the entrance or online www.snec.com.sg/tdf (for visits to our SNEC Eye Clinic @ SKH, please complete the paper declaration at the clinic entrance). It is mandatory to check in to the SafeEntry system with the TraceTogether app or token. Under the Infectious Diseases Act, it is an offence to provide false information.

The above measures are necessary for the safety of our patients and staff.

Thank you for your understanding.
