PAYMENT
You may settle your bill in cash, NETS, credit cards, AXS Stations or cheques. Crossed cheques should be made payable to "Singapore National Eye Centre Pte Ltd". For payment from overseas, Telegraphic Transfer and Bank Draft are also acceptable.

IMPORTANT
Patients will be classified as First Visit if:-

• patients have been discharged, or
  
  
• the last visit has lapsed by more than 12 months.

PRIVATE RATE APPLIES WHEN YOUR FIRST VISIT IS VIA :-

• Self-Referral or Walk-in
  

• Referral letter from :-
  • General Practitioner (GP)
    
    
  • Private Hospital
    
    
  • Restructured Hospital with SOC private payment status or discharged inpatient class A or B1
    
    
  • Polyclinic with named specialist

• Industrial Accident
  
  
• the last visit has lapsed by more than 12 months.

All foreigners pay at private rate.

SUBSIDISED RATE APPLIES WHEN YOUR FIRST VISIT IS VIA :-

• Non-named referral letter from :-
  • Restructured Hospital with SOC subsidised payment status, discharged inpatient class B2+, B2, C or A&E
    
  • SAF
    
  • Polyclinic
