All delegates are required to pay the Basic Registration Fee stated in the registration form. This includes name badge, meeting materials, admission to scientific sessions, technical exhibition, 3D-HD live surgery programme, welcome reception and all teas. A separate charge is applicable for Skills Transfer Courses and Ophthalmic Imaging Course.

Registration fee for Accompanying Person includes name badge, admission to technical exhibition and welcome reception.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
You will receive the confirmation either via email or fax only. Please include your email address and fax number clearly in the registration form. Please bring along your registration confirmation to the registration desk at the meeting venue as proof of your payment.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat. Refund of registration fees will be as follows: 75% of fees will be refunded for notifications received on or before 30 January 2008. No refunds for requests received after 30 January 2008. Substitute delegates will be accepted.
