An abstract of no more than 100 words must accompany each submission and submitted via post or email to meet@snec.com.sg. |

Video presentations are limited to 5 minutes. |
| 3. |
Video submission categories include Cataract/Implant Surgery, Cataract Complications, Refractive/Cornea Surgery, Refractive/Cornea Complications, New Techniques and Instruments/Devices. |

You are advised not to submit your original tapes as the Organising Committee will not be held responsible for tapes damaged in the process of customs clearance and during the Conference proper.

Since your video will not be returned, do not send the master copy. Do not send multiple copies. Your video should be properly labelled with the author’s name and the title exactly as it was submitted. |
| 6. |
The copyright release must be signed by the main author representing all the authors of the video. Failure to sign this statement may exclude your material from being included in the Conference Proceedings. |
| 7. |
Presenting authors must attend the Conference as paying delegates. |
| 8. |
Videos are to be submitted in DVD Mpeg2 (720 x 480 Resolution) NTSC/PAL/SECAM formats by post to:
